I have been a member of Body Buster Fitness since January 2015.There are many things I like about the Body Buster Program. We have a great instructor that makes working out fun and each class provides a different workout so I look forward to going. Working out with a group of members also helps motivate me and challenge me to work harder than working out on my own. My clothes fit much better, I am more toned and feel much better.
I have chosen to continue with Body Buster because of all of the positive effects it has had in my life including weight loss, strength, toning, reduced stress level and increased energy level. I feel much better overall and the program has assisted me with living a healthier and more active lifestyle. It has increased my confidence, strength, stamina, flexibility and endurance.
The Body Buster program has made me feel the best I have felt in a very long time and has assisted me with living a healthier lifestyle. In addition to the positive effects the program has had on my health it has also provided me the opportunity to realize how important it is to take some time out for myself each week (and not feel guilty) and do something for myself which is often hard to do when balancing the many aspects in life including parenting, marriage and my career.
This program is excellent for any level of fitness. The instructor will provide the support you need for whatever your fitness level or goals are. I would strongly suggest you encourage a friend or family member to join with you. To have someone share the fitness journey, the challenges and the successes with you makes the program even more enjoyable.
Once you start the program and see the positive results it has in many aspects of your life you realize how important it is to continue to incorporate the Body Buster Program into your regular schedule. What started as a 3 month program to get fit for the spring and summer has turned into a lifelong commitment that I thoroughly enjoy. Body Buster has been so flexible and accommodating with my hectic travel schedule that it has made it very easy to maintain this program and fit it into our busy family/work life.

I have been a Body Buster Fitness Member since January 2015 when my sister in law and I decided we needed to make a change in our lives to makes us feel better about ourselves.
The thing I like best about the Body Buster Program is how it makes me feel each time I complete a four week session, not just physically but mentally. I have not kept track of how much weight or inches I have lost but I do know that my clothes fit better and I feel more comfortable and confident in them.
I have chosen to continue with Body Busters because I enjoy the challenge. No two classes are alike and Kim is a great instructor who continually motivates me to push myself further. Forty is just around the corner for me and I can honestly say that I am in better shape now then I was turning thirty and that makes me feel good. I am stronger, healthier, and have more energy. I feel like a better person because of Body Buster. Two to three times a week I am doing something for me! Life can be so busy and it is very easy to forget to take care of yourself.
To anyone thinking about joining a Body Buster program I strongly recommend you do but don’t fool yourself if you think you’ll just be trying it for a month because once you start you won’t want to stop!
